Return and Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction is guaranteed when purchasing from RKT Optics.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return through our Returns portal, if eligible. The return conditions apply to all products purchased at RKT Optics, and proof of purchase must be presented when making your return request, within the return period.

Returns & Exchange Eligibility: Products must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. Products must be in the original, undamaged packaging, including any manuals, documentation, registration, and accessories.

Products must be received within 30 calendar days from the date you received them.

Products must be returned with an approved Return Authorization issued through our Returns portal or by customer service.

Note: Products that do not meet our eligibility criteria may be refused and returned to you. We reserve the right to refuse discretion returns where multiple styles and sizes have been purchased.

Final Sale: All sales are final on closeout or discontinued products. These select items are labeled as Final Sale on the product detail page and are not eligible for returns.

Once you have completed the required information in our Returns portal, a prepaid return shipping label is provided. One will be emailed to you if your request is handled through customer service.

Please ensure all returned products are well packaged for transit. We cannot take responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.

Under our Returns & Exchange Policy, we offer the following options: Refund to the original payment method or exchange for an alternative product that is identically priced.

Store Credit (Gift Card) to be used on rktoptics.com, equal to the value of the returned item(s).

Refunds: Once your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 2 – 5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchange: Once your return is approved, your exchange order will be processed and shipped within 1 – 3 business days. A confirmation email will be sent to confirm the order, and tracking will be provided once shipped. Please refer to our Shipping Policy if you have any questions.

Store Credit: Once your return is approved, a gift card for the full value of the returned item(s) will be issued to the email address provided at checkout.

Our Customer Service Department is available Monday – Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM Pacific Time, and closed during holidays. Although we do our best to respond in a timely manner, please allow 1 – 2 business days for a response.
