RKT Optics Limited Warranty: Coverage & Support

RKT Optics stands behind the quality of our products. We offer a limited warranty covering all factory defects in materials and workmanship.

Warranty Coverage

  • This warranty applies only to new, unused products with factory defects.
  • We do not offer repairs but will exchange defective products for a new replacement of the same model at no cost.
  • Warranty claims must be submitted via email to sales@rktoptics.com and include proof of purchase, a description of the defect, and photos if applicable.

Warranty Process

  1. Contact sales@rktoptics.com to initiate a claim.
  2. We will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and a prepaid shipping label.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the defective product, we will ship a replacement at no cost.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Improper use or modifications
  • Accidents, impacts, or negligence
